Ingredients
- Seabass 1000 g 1 ea
- EVOO 30 ml
- pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Topping
- Coloured Tomatoes 150 gm
- Herbs ( basil , parsley) 150 gm
- scallion 5 gm
- EVOO 30 ml
- lemon juice 15 ml
Instructions
method
- Fillet Seabass , remove all bones and slicet the filet thin .
- arrange the sliced fish on a plate ( 150gm per portion) which can be placed in an oven
- drizzle olive oil and seasoning .
- in a bowl cut Tomatoes add seasoning and herbs like basil and parsley
- place the plate in an oven at 160c for 5 mins
- take it out gently , arrange marinated Tomatoes
- drizzle lemon juice and EVOO
- serve warm
