Ingredients
- Seabass 1000 g 1 ea
- zuchinni 500 ea
- EVOO 30 ml
- Salt 5 gm

- nettles 150 gm
- Spinach 150 gm
- garlic 5 gm
- EVOO 30 ml
- lemon juice 15 ml
- sauce
- Spinach 20 gm
- Parsley 20 gm
- dill 20 gm
- chilli 5 gm
- garlic cooked 10 gm
- coconut milk 200 ml
- pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- lemon juice 50 ml
Instructions
method
- in a pan , add EVOO saute garlic and save some for the sauce, add nettles and cook
- later add spinach and further cook till soft , add lemon juice , seasoning
- set aside till cool
- in a blender add cooked garlic , spinach , parsley and marar , with coconut milk and lemon juice
- blend till smooth , check seasoning , set aside
- remove skin or fillet the fish
- remove the bones aset aside
- slice zuchinni and salt it , later layer them and wrap it around the fish
