Ingredients

  • Trout Fillet 650 g
  • Flour 50 gm
  • egg 1 gm
  • sliced almond flakes 80 gm
  • Butter clarified 60 ml
  • Butter soft 25 gm
  • pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Miso sauce
  • Miso white 20 gm
  • egg yolk 1 ea
  • ginger grated 3 gm
  • lemon juice 15 gm
  • sesame oil 50 gm
  • honey 15 gm
  • veg oil 50 ml
  • pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

method

  1. Take the Trout fillet and on skin side dust with flour . Dip in egg , and roll in Almond flakes
  2. in a saute pan add clarified butter
  3. and pan fry the fish fillet , almond side down on medium heat .
  4. when almost golden turn the fillet , add soft butter till foamy ., take out the fish and keep aside
  5. in a blender add all ingredients except sesame and veg oil
  6. then slowly add both the oils till thick
  7. serve with fish fillet
  8. serve hot
