Ingredients
- Trout Fillet 650 g
- Flour 50 gm
- egg 1 gm
- sliced almond flakes 80 gm
- Butter clarified 60 ml
- Butter soft 25 gm
- pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Miso sauce
- Miso white 20 gm
- egg yolk 1 ea
- ginger grated 3 gm
- lemon juice 15 gm
- sesame oil 50 gm
- honey 15 gm
- veg oil 50 ml
- pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Instructions
method
- Take the Trout fillet and on skin side dust with flour . Dip in egg , and roll in Almond flakes
- in a saute pan add clarified butter
- and pan fry the fish fillet , almond side down on medium heat .
- when almost golden turn the fillet , add soft butter till foamy ., take out the fish and keep aside
- in a blender add all ingredients except sesame and veg oil
- then slowly add both the oils till thick
- serve with fish fillet
- serve hot
