Ingredients
- Pork Spareribs 2 kg
- Onion paste 100 gm
- garlic paste 15 gm
- ginger paste 10 gm
- Oregano dry 5 gm
- Thyme dry 5 gm
- Paprika 15 gm
- Brown sugar 45 gm
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper 5 gm
- ketchup 30 gm
- Tomato salad
- Tomato 400 gm
- Coriander
- scallion as needed
- Dressing
- Honey 15 gm
- mustard 15 gm
- Red wine vinegar 15 ml
- Evoo ( extra virgin olive oil) 30 ml
- Salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Instructions
method
- Mix all ingredients for the ribs and rub it on the pork and leave for a few hours
- arrange it on a roasting pan ,
- cover it with Aluminum foil and roast in oven at 160C for 45 mins
- rest for 15 mins
- Blend all ingredients for the dressing except oil and add oil gradually to emulsify
- serve with Tomato salad and Honey mustard dressing
