Ingredients

  • Seabass 1000 g 1 ea
  • EVOO 30 ml
  • pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Topping
  • Coloured Tomatoes 150 gm
  • Herbs ( basil , parsley) 150 gm
  • scallion 5 gm
  • EVOO 30 ml
  • lemon juice 15 ml

Instructions

method

  1. Fillet Seabass , remove all bones and slicet the filet thin .
  2. arrange the sliced fish on a plate ( 150gm per portion) which can be placed in an oven
  3. drizzle olive oil and seasoning .
  4. in a bowl cut Tomatoes add seasoning and herbs like basil and parsley
  5. place the plate in an oven at 160c for 5 mins
  6. take it out gently , arrange marinated Tomatoes
  7. drizzle lemon juice and EVOO
  8. serve warm
