Ingredients

  • Avocado RTE ( ready to eat or ripe) 1 ea
  • Tomato fresh diced 30 gm
  • lime ( for juice) 10 ml
  • coriander leaves fresh chopped 3 gm
  • fresh chilli minced 2 gm
  • red onion minced 10 gm
  • Salt to taste
  • Tortilla chips as needed
  • Coriander fresh to garnish

Instructions

method

  1. Cut Avocado in half . Use half to dice and the other half peel the skin off
  2. in a large bowl
  3. add half avocado diced, add coriander , onion and chilli minced , add lime juice , fresh tomato dices
  4. mix gently , don’t make it a paste
  5. Top it on half the avocado , serve with Tortilla chips
