Ingredients

  • wild mushrooms ( cleaned well) 500 gm
  • leeks 75 gm
  • Onion 75 gm
  • Garlic sliced 10 gm
  • Parsley 10 ml
  • thyme 3 ml
  • Butter 30 gm
  • EVOO 30 ml
  • lemon juice 5 ml
  • pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

method

  1. Wash and clean the edible wild mushrooms ( it is very important to know which mushrooms are edible)
  2. In a skillet , add EVOO and sear the mushrooms on high heat , add thyme
  3. when browned well , add sliced leeks and onions , garlic and further cook
  4. add butter last , cook further 10 mins
  5. finish with salt , pepper , parsley and lemon juice
