Ingredients
- wild mushrooms ( cleaned well) 500 gm
- leeks 75 gm
- Onion 75 gm
- Garlic sliced 10 gm
- Parsley 10 ml
- thyme 3 ml
- Butter 30 gm
- EVOO 30 ml
- lemon juice 5 ml
- pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Instructions
method
- Wash and clean the edible wild mushrooms ( it is very important to know which mushrooms are edible)
- In a skillet , add EVOO and sear the mushrooms on high heat , add thyme
- when browned well , add sliced leeks and onions , garlic and further cook
- add butter last , cook further 10 mins
- finish with salt , pepper , parsley and lemon juice
