Ingredients
- Basmati Rice 400 gm
- raisins 30 gm
- cinnamon 1 gm
- cloves 1 gm
- cardamom green 1 gm
- bayleaf 1 gm
- veg oil 15 ml
- Salt 15 gm
Instructions
method for Chicken tikka
- wash and soak rice in water for 15 mins ( do not crush the rice , use a light hand )
- soak raisins in warm water and set aside
- add rest of the ingredients except raisins
- add 1.75 parts of boiling water to 1 part of rice
- when simmering cover and cook on low heat 15 mins
- when cooked , use a fork and add raisins and cover
- TASTE , and serve warm accordingly
