Ingredients

  • Chicken Legs deboned skinless 1000 pk
  • sauce base ( to be blended)
  • Vegetable Oil 30 ml
  • Onion ( sliced thick ) 1 buc
  • Ginger 10 gm
  • garlic 6 gm
  • Cardamom seed green 3 gm
  • cloves 2 gm
  • garam masala 5 gm
  • black pepper 2 gm
  • cashew whole 60 gm
  • water as needed
  • Vegetable Oil 30 ml
  • Green onion / Reg onion 50 gm
  • Cardamom seed green 3 gm
  • cloves 2 gm
  • cinnamon 2 gm
  • Turmeric powder 3 gm
  • garam masala powder 6 gm
  • Red chilly powder 10 gm
  • curry leaves ( optional) 1 gm
  • salt as needed
  • Greek yogurt 200 gm
  • green onion chopped 30 gm
  • coriander fresh 10 gm

Instructions

method

  1. Remove skin , Cut the chicken , in bite sized pieces
  2. heat a pot add oil for the sauce
  3. add spices in oil and wait till it get s fragrant
  4. add onion, garlic, ginger , and saute it well.
  5. when cooked till pink add water , and cashew and blend till smooth.
  6. base of the sauce is ready , this can be stored for future use ,
  7. in the same pan , add oil, onions and whole spices , cook till fragrant
  8. add chicken cubes, and sauce base alongwith powdered spices , curry leaves
  9. cover and let it cook for 15 mins
  10. when done, add yogurt and chopped green onion and coriander.
  11. serve hot with Basmati rice.
