Ingredients
- Butter to brush 45 gm
- Oua 4 ea
- Sugar granulated 100 gm
- Milk 125 ml
- vanilla bean or essence 2 ml
- Grand marnier 15 ml
- Orange zest 2 gm
- Flour 25 gm
- Butter to brush 20 gm
- Sugar to coat 15 gm
- Chocolate sweet 50 gm
- Orange zest 2 gm
- smantana lichid 50 ml
- Miere 10 gm
- Orange juice 20 ml
Instructions
- separate egg yolks and whites , set aside
- grease the cups with butter and dust with sugar
- boil milk add orange zest and vanilla
- in a bowl add 45 g sugar , egg yolks and cornstarch
- pour boiling milk over and mix well , to form a sauce , add grand marnier
- let it cool
- in a mixing bowl add egg whites and whip
- add sugar to form a meringue at soft peaks
- fold the whites in the cool vanilla sauce
- pour in the cups , and bake at 185c for 12 mins
- dust with powdered sugar
- in bowl add chocolate , , smantana an miere over double boiler
- when melted mix well.. Lastly add Orange juice , mix and serve warm .
