Ingredients

  • Butter to brush 45 gm
  • Oua 4 ea
  • Sugar granulated 100 gm
  • Milk 125 ml
  • vanilla bean or essence 2 ml
  • Grand marnier 15 ml
  • Orange zest 2 gm
  • Flour 25 gm
  • Butter to brush 20 gm
  • Sugar to coat 15 gm
  • Chocolate sweet 50 gm
  • Orange zest 2 gm
  • smantana lichid 50 ml
  • Miere 10 gm
  • Orange juice 20 ml

Instructions

  1. separate egg yolks and whites , set aside
  2. grease the cups with butter and dust with sugar
  3. boil milk add orange zest and vanilla
  4. in a bowl add 45 g sugar , egg yolks and cornstarch
  5. pour boiling milk over and mix well , to form a sauce , add grand marnier
  6. let it cool
  7. in a mixing bowl add egg whites and whip
  8. add sugar to form a meringue at soft peaks
  9. fold the whites in the cool vanilla sauce
  10. pour in the cups , and bake at 185c for 12 mins
  11. dust with powdered sugar
  12. in bowl add chocolate , , smantana an miere over double boiler
  13. when melted mix well.. Lastly add Orange juice , mix and serve warm .
